Thanks for taking an interest in my lab and considering it for your future.  I look for students and postdoctoral fellows who are inquisitive, creative, hard-working and who enjoy the challenges of making new discoveries.  My current students and postdoctoral fellows work across a variety of topics including eco-evolutionary dynamics, biodiversity/ecosystem function, and the impact of environmental fluctuations.  We work together to master the tools required for our research, including experimental microcosms, mathematical theory and statistical analysis of large datasets.
